An exclusive afternoon in one of Munich’s most refined hidden gems: Together with Chenot Palace and Hemmerle, we hosted a private DETOX LUNCH under the title “The Pleasure of Taste”. Twenty handpicked guests were welcomed into the iconic Schmuckschmiede in the heart of Lehel—transformed into a floral sanctuary by the creative eye of Chaska Nawi.
Following a warm reception, Dr. George Gaitanos, Chief Scientific & Operating Officer of Chenot Palace, introduced the philosophy and scientific foundation behind the Chenot Detox Method®. His insights into cellular wellbeing, longevity and prevention set the tone for the culinary experience to follow.
A multi-course lunch by starred Chef Ettore paid tribute to the Chenot approach: elegant, light, and deeply satisfying. Seamless service by the Schumann’s Tagesbar team elevated the experience with effortless precision. A holistic gathering that fused health, design, and hospitality into one beautifully curated moment.
From the initial location scouting to the final guest goodbye, the full production and curation of this event was in my hands. I was responsible for the floral and table styling concept, key visual development, invitation and guest management, the event branding, program coordination and speaker flow. Even the photographer’s briefing and onsite support were carefully aligned to reflect the experience in every detail.
