Development of a challenge concept for the digital extension due to the pandemic and the resulting postponement of the event. Conception and implementation of the first hybrid event at Conde Nast Germany for the GQ Gentleman finale. Created the best-case GQ Gentleman ever (8.2M reach, >1k content pieces, >25% margin)
Development and implementation of efficient project organisation structures and promotion of interdisciplinary cooperation: workflows and project management tools, forward-looking project planning, permanent process optimisation, allocation of work packages to project sub-leads.
