From April 24th to 27th, the Medici Annual Conference unfolded at the luxurious Nixe Palace Hotel in Mallorca. We brought together 50 business leaders and members of the Medici Gold Community for three days of learning, networking, and inspiration. Organized by Medici Global Ventures, this event was designed to inspire personal and professional growth under the theme “Designing a beautiful life.” The carefully curated program featured keynotes, expert interviews, panel discussions, and immersive activities focusing on personal, relationship, influence, and business development.

As Project and Event Lead, I meticulously planned and executed every aspect, from initial project planning and cost calculations to creating a comprehensive program that reflected our brand identity. My responsibilities included communication planning, guest management, curating goodie bags, design and decoration of the event location, all technical requirements, daily changing dinner locations with shuttle service and an exclusive katamaran excursion. I also coordinated personalized pre-event communications, the distribution of welcome bags and guaranteeing that each participant was fully prepared for this gathering. The event concluded with memorable activities like a sailing boat trip and a quad tour, offering guests a perfect blend of learning, networking, and leisure.
