From November 9th to 12th, the exclusive Medici Gathering unfolded at the opulent 5-star+ Villa Cora in Florence, hosting 60 discerning guests from around the world. Curated by Cris Zimmermann, this four-day event aimed to inspire personal and professional growth, envisioning a new Renaissance for attendees and their ventures. The meticulously selected program included conferences, group- and salon conversations, exclusive lunches, guided Florence visits, wine tastings, brand experiences, a gala dinner, and a supercar drive experience, all delivered at the highest level of luxury.

In my role as Project and Event Lead, I orchestrated every aspect, from project planning and cost calculations to crafting a tailored program encompassing brand identity, communication planning, guest closings, guest management, shuttle services, technical requirements, and the intricate details that made each moment special. This included the coordination of a welcome bag or personalized one-on-one guest communication in advance, ensuring that every participant was optimally prepared for this extraordinary gathering hosted by Medici Global Ventures.
