THE MUNICH BACHATA FEST 2026
THE BIGGEST BACHATA FESTIVAL IN GERMANY
3RD EDITION
This edition was defined not only by its size, but by its consistency. From the sold-out pre-party on Thursday to four full days and nights of continuous programming, the festival maintained a high level of energy across all formats — workshops, masterclasses, social dancing, and nightly events.
An international lineup of over 50 artists and DJs brought together leading names from the global Bachata scene. Highlights included a live concert by Shama with a choreographed performance, complemented by additional show elements such as pole dance performances, curated dress codes, and carefully staged program moments throughout the weekend.
The guest experience was further elevated through a strong partner integration. Brands such as Langhaarmädchen (styling station), fritz-kola and Sarti (beverage partners), PureSaltz (electrolyte support), as well as Lini’s Bites and yfood (snack partners) added both functionality and atmosphere. Pop-up stores by Modance Fashion and Dancing Queens complemented the experience with curated fashion and accessories.
Operating within a five-star, all-in-one location enabled a seamless connection between accommodation, catering, and event spaces. Guests were offered varied three-course lunch and dinner menus, designed to support both the social and physical demands of the festival.
On the production side, both the technical setup and dance floor concept were further refined to enhance quality, flow, and overall experience across all areas.
The preparation and execution of this edition spanned an entire year. In addition to the core event planning, multiple side activations were developed and executed across social media — including dance contests, giveaways, and interactive formats — designed to build engagement and strengthen the community in the lead-up to the event.
I was responsible for the full project leadership — including concept development, budget planning, timeline management, team coordination, supplier alignment, and complete event management from start to finish. Delivering a project of this scale across multiple days, spaces, and program layers requires a high level of precision, structure, and attention to detail throughout the entire process.
With each edition, the Munich Bachata Fest continues to evolve — not only in scale, but in quality, depth, and execution.
