The Premium Medical Circle Conference 2026 brought together leading experts from across multiple medical disciplines for a highly curated, two-day format at Tegernsee.

The conference combined scientific depth with meaningful exchange, creating a setting where interdisziplinarity, precision, and personal connection came together naturally. With over 90 invited guests, including PMC members, speakers, and partners, the event offered a focused and high-level environment for dialogue and networking.

The experience began with an exclusive Welcome Dinner at Bachmair Weissach, setting the tone for the conference weekend. The following day featured a full conference program with ten talks and keynotes across disciplines such as cardiology, oncology, gynecology, surgery, and mental health. Moderated by Prof. Dr. med. Dominik Pförringer, the program maintained a clear structure and flow, while allowing space for discussion and exchange.
A special highlight was the keynote by Dr. Lutz Graumann (from Sleep to Perform), who translated recovery strategies from professional sports into practical insights for the medical profession.

Beyond the content, the conference was defined by its atmosphere. Carefully planned breaks and shared moments created opportunities for personal interaction, strengthening the network beyond the stage.

The program concluded with a formal dinner at Freihaus Brenner, followed by an exclusive Mercedes-Benz Driving Experience on Sunday, offering an additional experiential layer to the overall format.

The preparation and execution required several months of detailed planning and coordination. I was responsible for the full event execution, covering all operational and organizational aspects — including guest management, speaker / CI coordination, sponsor integration, shuttle planning, and the alignment of multiple venues and program elements. In addition, I oversaw the complete on-site coordination, including technical production, photo and video teams, moderation flow, and all staff involved. The event design, decoration concept, and overall guest experience were carefully developed to ensure a consistent, high-quality atmosphere throughout the entire conference.

Delivering a multi-day conference with different locations, formats, and stakeholders requires precise planning, clear communication, and seamless execution across all touchpoints.
