It’s time to say Thank you” – On the 19th of December 2023, the Premium Medical Circle Christmas Dinner unfolded at the distinguished Rosewood Hotel in Munich, offering an intimate gathering for 55 esteemed guests, including the medical circle’s top clients, doctors, and clinics. The event commenced with a warm reception featuring delightful canapés, followed by a captivating welcome speech from CEO Stephanie Neureuter in the historical Salon Neuhaus-Preysing.

Guiding the guests through a meticulously crafted 3-course Christmas menu, I oversaw the entire event, from concept development to post-event recap. This encompassed comprehensive tasks such as location research, Christmas present organization, hotel negotiations, invitation and guest management, seating arrangements, floral and decorative elements, menu selection, photographer coordination, and more, ensuring a seamless and memorable evening.
